CAJOEModel: CAJOE
Interface: pulse
Power supply: 4.5...5V
Data type: radiation
Usage: indoor
Measuring range: 20...120 µR/h
Resolution: 0.1 µR/h
Price: 33 USD
Sensor life, years: 5+
Datasheet: CAJOE.pdf
Remarks: Geiger-Counter-RadiationD-v1.1-CAJOE. It works stably, you can install M4011, STS-5, SBM20, J305, etc. tubes. The operating voltage of the tube is adjusted. It should be well protected from moisture and some care should be taken when working with the sensor, since there is a high voltage on the tube.
RADSENSModel: RADSENS
Interface: i2c
Power supply: 3.0...3.5V
Data type: radiation
Usage: indoor
Measuring range: 14.4...144000 µR/h
Resolution: 0.1 µR/h
Price: 49 USD
Sensor life, years: 5+
Datasheet: RADSENS.pdf
Remarks: Russian development in 2020. The data is output immediately via the digital interface. Quite compact, about 2.5 times smaller in size than the Chinese counterpart. Designed to use the SMB20 tube. The current version has problems when working with the wifi-iot firmware.
